Hochheiser & Akmal’s Employment practice is staffed with experienced attorneys who regularly support our clients and their human resources departments in matters related to employment and labor. We act as outside general counsel to many of our clients, and accordingly assist them on a daily basis with matters large and small, including hiring new employees, employment issues and disputes, exit interviews, negotiating employment agreements, structuring and drafting employee handbooks, and wage and hour compliance.
We also counsel clients on employment matters on a case by case basis, and offer assistance on larger projects such as preparing and structuring employee incentive programs, structuring internal policies and documents designed to protect our clients’ trade secrets and confidential information, and structuring and implementing employee handbooks.
