Aaron Rhodebeck

Aaron Rhodebeck is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. His practice focusses on commercial transactions, including transactions in the technology, construction, and data privacy spaces, as well as commercial litigation.

Mr. Rhodebeck graduated from York College in Nebraska with a B.A. in theater technology. He received his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he was an Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review, and Managing Editor of the Moot Court Board.

Mr. Rhodebeck is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
