Adem Ilker
Adem Ilker is a Junior Supervising Associate in Hochheiser & Akmal’s corporate department. Mr. Ilker advises clients on complex corporate transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and supply and distribution transactions. Mr. Ilker advises clients on domestic and international data privacy and protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and e-Privacy Directive 2002/58/EC.
Mr. Ilker’s practice also includes advising not-for-profit entities on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters, as well as advising clients on various employment and labor-related issues.
Mr. Ilker is a graduate of Stony Brook University, where he received his B.S. in business management, and Hofstra University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate and was a staff member on the Journal of International Business and Law. Mr. Ilker is the author of “Regulating Commercial Drones: Bridging the Gap Between American and European Drone Regulations” which was published in the Journal of International Business and Law, Volume 15.2.
