Jaclyn Pedra


Jaclyn Pedra is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. Ms. Pedra graduated summa cum laude from St. John’s University with a B.S. in Legal Studies and a minor in Philosophy of Law. During her time at St. John’s University, she interned in the Southern District of New York under the Honorable John G. Koeltl. Ms. Pedra is the author of “Capital Punishment and Solitary Confinement”, which was published to St. John’s University undergraduate journal, The Legal Apprentice, Volume 7 (2020).
Ms. Pedra received her Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she was a Research Editor for the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Law Journal and served on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Board as the Director of Competitions.
Ms. Pedra is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
