Justin DiCicco

Justin V. DiCicco is a Junior Supervising Associate in Hochheiser & Akmal’s corporate department. His practice focuses on advising national and multinational companies on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as supply and distribution transactions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. Mr. DiCicco’s practice also includes advising clients on various employment and labor-related issues.

Mr. DiCicco received his B.A. in economics from Hofstra University, and his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he was a member on the Labor and Employment Law Journal. While at Hofstra University, Mr. DiCicco was a participant in its Legal Education Acceleration Program (LEAP).

Mr. DiCicco is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
