Kimberly Manzi

Kimberly Manzi is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions.

Ms. Manzi graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Neuroscience and a minor in Forensic Health. Ms. Manzi received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. While in law school, Ms. Manzi was the Alumni Affairs Editor of the Hofstra Law Review and participated in the Robert W. Entenmann Veterans Law Clinic.

Ms. Manzi is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
