Marc Sabow

Marc Sabow is a partner at Hochheiser & Akmal PLLC and oversees the firm’s litigation, real estate and not-for-profit departments.

Mr. Sabow represents national and multi-national companies in complex litigations both in state and federal court and has successfully litigated cases at both the trial and appellate levels. Recently, Mr. Sabow successfully represented a large group of beverage distributors in multiparty arbitrations involving the wrongful termination by a multi-billion dollar manufacturer.

Mr. Sabow also has extensive experience in commercial real estate matters. Mr. Sabow routinely represents buyers, sellers and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions, and regularly negotiates commercial leases for both landlords and tenants.

Mr. Sabow’s practice also includes advising not-for-profit entities on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance. He also routinely advises the firm’s diverse client base on various employment and labor-related issues, including developing practical solutions for each client’s unique workforce.

Mr. Sabow graduated from Boston University in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in international relations. He received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2007.

Mr. Sabow is admitted to practice before the courts of the States of New York, New Jersey, and Maine and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
