Marc Rogovin
Marc A. Rogovin is Senior Counsel at Hochheiser & Akmal. Mr. Rogovin concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Rogovin has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigated matters involving breach of contract and related commercial tort claims, from plenary actions to summary proceedings and mediations. Mr. Rogovin has also represented developers, building owners, landlords and tenants in litigation relating to the conveyance, use, management and operation of real properties throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Mr. Rogovin received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Yale University in 1999. He received a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law in 2005, where he was a staff member on the Hofstra Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Rogovin served as a judicial intern for Richmond County Supreme Court Justice Philip G. Minardo.
Mr. Rogovin is admitted to practice law in the State of New York as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
